The Howo TX300 water-tank fire truck is a highly efficient, primary-response vehicle that integrates transport, firefighting, and rescue capabilities. Its superstructure features a streamlined and practical design: the forward equipment compartment houses a variety of firefighting gear; the central section contains a 6cbm carbon-steel water tank, providing an ample supply of extinguishing agent; and the rear pump compartment is equipped with a CB10/60-RS fire pump and an intelligent monitoring system. The combination of the 6m³ water tank and the CB10/60-RS pump enables a high-pressure water flow of 60L/s. Through the PS8/40W fire monitor or fire hoses, water can be delivered with precision over long distances.

▶ Fire-Extinguishing Principles:
The core fire-extinguishing mechanism of this Howo 4x2 water-tank fire truck centers on "water supply and high-pressure discharge." The vehicle is equipped with a large-capacity 6-cubic-meter water tank that serves as a reservoir for the extinguishing agent. During firefighting operations, a CB10/60 fire pump—driven by the chassis engine via a PTO driveshaft—draws water from the tank and pressurizes it. The pressurized water is then discharged at a flow rate of 60 L/s through fire hoses or a PS8/40W fire monitor. In "straight-stream" mode, the water is concentrated on the base of the fire to rapidly lower the temperature below the ignition point; in "spray" (fog/cone) mode, the coverage area of the water mist is expanded, utilizing heat absorption through evaporation and a smothering effect to cut off the oxygen supply. A control panel in the pump compartment allows for the monitoring of various parameters, enabling timely adjustments during operation.
